Dalmatia Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients:
10 oz warm water
¼ oz dry yeast

½ tablespoon of granulated sugar
12.7 oz gluten-free flour

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp Dalmatia® Black Olive Spread 

1 tbsp Dalmatia® Green Olive Spread

1 tbsp of capers

1 tsp of rosemary

1 tsp of loose-leaf tea

 

Directions

Add lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar to the pan, stir gently and leave to rise for 15 minutes.

Then mix half of the flour and mix gently until all ingredients are combined. Add a pinch of salt to the remaining flour and mix before adding it to the mixture. Knead well, then cover and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.

Roll pastry into a 0.39-inch square. Spread Black Olive Spread to cover 2/3 of the dough, and on the rest 1/3 of the dough spread the Green Olive Spread.

Wash the capers and strew over the entire surface and then sprinkle with rosemary. Roll up the dough and then roll it into a spiral. Sprinkle with loose leaf tea.

Preheat oven to 428°F. Preheat the pan with the lid on in the oven before loading baking paper and dough. Once you have put the paper and dough in a heated pan, cover and bake for 30 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, remove the lid to get a golden color on top.

Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the saucer and dip the bread as you eat it. Enjoy a taste you will never forget!
